Abstract |
The article analyses the annual reports on the fight against terrorism in the world, prepared by the US State Department, submitted without fail to the House of Representatives and the Senate. The reports presented describe the general situation in the fight against terrorism, as well as give a brief description of the fight against the global threat in each country. Given the position of Russia in world politics, our state is given a special place. The analysis of the place of Russia in such reports, starting in 2005, is presented. The reserved characteristics of the general political situation are indicated. Despite the fact that in the reports of the US Department of State, starting in 2012, there is a certain criticism of internal methods of ensuring security, it is brief in nature, lost for a detailed clarification of the ongoing counter-terrorism measures. |
